Tadpoles

Bright Haven ensures your family stays connected to your child’s development by sharing photos, videos, and notes from their day—either in the moment as they happen or later in a daily report.

Whether through email, text, or our family app, Tadpoles® (a free service) is accessible to all family members. Tadpoles® uses email as the primary means of communication. Communications include meals, diapers/potties, incidents, fun photos, lesson plans, and more.

Parents can leave notes in the “Drop Off Notes” section or anything that would be helpful to know for your child’s day and/or mark them absent for any reason without having to call or email us to let us know.

You are also welcome to verbally go over any notes with your child’s teacher at drop off each morning and call during the day if there’s anything else you need to let them know. There is no direct way to message teachers, but we are always happy to communicate that for you.
